Mark L. Minotti graduated from Pius X High School in 1983. The following year he did a post - graduate year at Blair Academy where he graduated in 1984. He is a 1988 graduate of Moravian College. Mr Minotti graduated with his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1991.
Subsequently, Mr. Minotti served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Berks County District Attorney's Office, as well as an Assistant Public Defender in Northampton County.
Mr. Minotti is a Lehigh Valley native for his entire life. He has extensive courtroom experience, and has conducted a respected and successful law practice in Easton, Pennsylvania for nearly twenty years. Over the years, he has served on various professional bar associations. With the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mr. Minotti belongs to the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. In Northampton County, Mr. Minotti served as a member of the Board of Govenors, as well as a member and past Chair of the Northampton County Committee on Criminal Law and Criminal Court Rules.
Mr. Minotti is also an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). Mr. Minotti has also appeared as a guest on the well known Geraldo Rivera Show.
Although his practice primarily focuses on criminal defense matters, he currently serves as a zoning solicitor to the local municipalities of the Borough of Pen Argyl and Upper Mount Bethal Zoning Hearing Boards.
In private life, Mr. Minotti is married with 2 children. His daughter attends EAHS and his son attends Lehigh University. Mr. Minotti has also been actively involved in the Youth Sports Program in Forks Township as he has coached the Forks Township Midget Wrestling Program for over twenty years.
